pered the box score with 24 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and two steals to lead the Sixers. Andre Miller added 21 points and Samuel Dalembert dominated the boards for 17 rebounds.

The Knicks were paced by another double-double effort by David Lee who had 20 points and 10 rebounds. Nate Robinson and Tim Thomas contributed 26 and 24 points, respectively, coming off the bench. The Knicks also went 15-32 (46.9%) from behind the arc, but that was not enough.

If the Raptors fall short, it'll be a result of the Sixers' second-half performance. Andre Miller is a proven leader at the point guard position, and at the very least, he knows how to help his team into the playoffs. Andre Iguodala is taking responsibility as the leading man for this team, particularly with Elton Brand on the sidelines. The Sixers have picked it up of late, and I'm not entirely sure that Brand's return would represent a positive development for them. Brand just didn't seem to fit in this mix prior to his injury; not at all, really.
